Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your access to and use of Crevix (the "Service"), operated by DSA Consulting, Babbelaarstraat 46b, 9308 Hofstade, Belgium — BTW BE1027574547 (the "Operator"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to bind your organisation.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to (a) reverse engineer, probe or test vulnerabilities of the Service without prior written consent, (b) interfere with or disrupt the Service, (c) upload malicious code, (d) use the Service to audit firewall configurations you are not authorised to review, or (e) circumvent any usage limits.

4. Plans & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis via Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time from your account; paid access continues until the end of the current billing period. Quota resets at the start of each calendar month (UTC).

5. Your content & data

Firewall configuration files you analyse are processed entirely in your browser and are not uploaded to our servers. We store only account information and audit summaries (device hostname, score, counts, timestamp). See the Privacy policy for details.

6. Intellectual property

Crevix and the Service (including software, design, and report templates) are the property of the operator and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain all rights in content you generate.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. Crevix is an automated audit aid and is not a substitute for a qualified security professional. We make no guarantee that all misconfigurations will be detected or that passing all checks indicates a fully secure environment.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator's aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time from the account settings page. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the competent courts of Brussels.
